Idea people play a more important role in HR decisions. People help to decide simple and complicated things that affect them. They vote, tag, rank, and develop things.

Democracy has arrived in the HR function and it looks to employees’ professional opinions to decide on training courses, awards, what they like and what they don’t, etc. Value is created in each interaction and survival depends on the capacity to recognize demand in real-time and respond nimbly.
