Access to the website is free with the exception of the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the service provider contracted by users. Certain services may be of used exclusively by our clients or for registered users and, consequently, their access can be seen restricted under new particular conditions, regulations and instructions, if necessary, could replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice and must be accepted by the User before the provision of the service.
The services provided by the Company to users of the Portal are based on the possibility that homeowners offer their properties for holiday rental to other Portal Users by contacting them through our platform.
The use of any of the services offered to users through the Portal may contain terms and conditions considered specific conditions (hereinafter "Particular Terms ") which, according to the case, replace, complete and/or modify this legal notice. Therefore, before using such services, the User must also read and/or accept the relevant Particular Terms carefully.
By accessing and/or using the Portal the user accepts (hereinafter, "User"), and implies the complete and unconditional acceptance of each and all of the dispositions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of services that are accessed through wwwtrendtionary.com is limited to the time in which the user is connected to the same or any of the services through the same are provided. Therefore, the user must carefully read this Legal Notice in each of the occasions on which the Portal is used, since it and its conditions of use are subject to change.
2 . Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Portal, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter " Contents ") are the intellectual property of THE COMPANY or third parties, but may not transferred to the User any rights of operation recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property, except those which are strictly necessary to use Portal.
The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by THE COMPANY or third parties, but it may not construe that the access to the Portal confers any rights to trademarks, trade names and/or logos.
Additionally, if, as a result of using the Portal the user is the one who includes therein any Content, this ensures that is the owner of all intellectual property rights, industrial property rights or otherwise that may be about the same, and therefore grants a license to THE COMPANY of all those that are necessary for the use that is made within the Portal, such as reproduction and public communication. 3 . Terms of Use of the Portal
3.1 General
The user is hereby bound to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the legal provisions and with the content of this Legal Notice. The user will be liable to THE COMPANY or to third parties for any damages that may arise out of breach of this obligation. It is expressly forbidden to use the portal for injurious purposes to properties or interest of THE COMPANY and third parties or in any other way that overloads, damages or disables the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and applications (software) of the COMPANY or third parties.
In any case, the user will be solely responsible for all damages that may cause the rise of content, including, but not limited to, violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, rights of honor, privacy and image. 3.2 Contents
The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as other conditions, regulations and instructions in their case could be applied in accordance with the provisions of clause 1 –Particular Terms - .

3.3 Introduction of Links to the Portal
Internet users who want to enter links from their own webpages to the Portal will comply with the conditions given below. Ignorance of these requirements does not constitute an excuse to prevent the legal liabilities.
The link will only link to the home page or main page of the Portal but it will not be able to be reproduced in any way (inline links, a copy of the text, graphics, etc.).
It shall be forbidden, according to the applicable current legislation in each case, establish frames of any kind involving the Portal or allow the display of their Content through Internet addresses other than their own portal and in any case, this ban also extends to be displayed along with content outside the Portal, so that: (I) may cause or lead the user to error, confusion or deceit concerning the true and genuine source of the services or Contents; (II) involves an act of imitation or unfair comparison; (III) it is used to take advantage of the reputation and prestige of the COMPANY, or (IV) incur in any other form of activity forbidden by the applicable law.

The use of any denominative, graphic or mixed brand or of another characteristic sign of THE COMPANY within the sender's web page is forbidden except for those cases permitted by Law or expressly authorised by THE COMPANY as long as in such cases a direct link to the Portal is permitted in the manner stipulated in this clause.
The page containing the link must faithfully comply with the law and may under no condition contain or link to elements, whether belonging to this page or to those of third parties that: (I) are illegal, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs (pornography, violence, racism, etc.) (II) that lead or could lead to the User in a confusion of a false impression that THE COMPANY subscribes, endorses, adheres to or otherwise supports the ideas, statements or expressions, whether illicit or otherwise, made by the sender (III) are inappropriate or irrelevant to the activity of THE COMPANY with regard to the place, contents and theme of the website of the sender.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
4.1 The quality of service
Access to the Portal does not imply obligation by THE COMPANY to ensure the absence of viruses or other harmful computer elements. The User must in any event have suitable tools to detect and disinfect harmful computer programs.
THE COMPANY does not assume liability for damages to computer equipment of the Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal services.
4.2 Availability of the Service
The access to the Portal requires the services and supply from third parties including the transport through communication networks of which the reliability, quality and operation of which is not the responsibility of THE COMPANY. Accordingly, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, canceled or become inaccessible either before or during the Portal service being supplied.
The COMPANY does not assume liability for damages of any nature incurred by the User resulting from failure or outage of telecommunications networks which may result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during or prior to the provision of the service.
4.3 Contents and services linked trought the Portal.
The Portal makes available to the Users linking technical devices directories and search tools that allow the Users to access other websites and online portals (hereinafter, 'Linked Sites') and Contents included by the Users, for the sole purpose of hosting the content published. In these cases, the COMPANY acts as a provider of brokerage services in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002 of July 12, Services for the Information Society and the Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and is solely liable of contents and services provided on the Linked Sites or the content included by the Users to the extent that they have actual knowledge of wrongfulness and has not turned off the link with due diligence.
If the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate contents or any of the Contents included by users have such nature, this can be notified to the COMPANY in accordance with the procedure and the purposes specified in Clause 5, but under no circumstances will this notification imply that the relevant link will be deleted.
In any case, the existence of Linked Sites or Contents included by users, must estimate the existence in agreements with the people in charge or holders of such, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of THE COMPANY with the manifestations, contents or services provided.
The COMPANY does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and/or contents included by the Users and therefore it Is not responsible for damages resulting from the illegality, quality, unavailability, error and inadequacy of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites or any other damage that is not directly attributable to the COMPANY.
5. Notice of unlawful or inadequate activities

- Description of facts revealing the illegality or inadequacy of the activity.

It should also provide authorization of the owner of rights and, in such case, the authorization of representation to act on behalf the owner when the owner is someone other than the informant.
- Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
The receipt by THE COMPANY notification under this clause will not assume, in accordance with the LSSI, the actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents specified by the caller.
